Instructions
Preheat a skillet and melt butter to sizzling. Saute onions until just beginning to caramelize. Add spaetzle, salt and pepper, stirring continually until lightly browned. Stir in bacon and cheese. Turn off heat and cover skillet. Serve immediately once cheese has melted.
